For more than eleven years, I’ve photographed weddings for couples who care deeply about how their day feels, and how it will be remembered.

My work is romantic and atmospheric, and I let each moment decide the approach, moving between the composed and the unguarded, the considered and the instinctive. What I love most about weddings is the beauty in small things: a veil catching the wind, the last light of dusk, hands lightly touching, and the people you love gathered in one place.

My approach on the day is relaxed and unobtrusive, with gentle direction when it’s useful and plenty of space to simply enjoy your day. You don’t need to know how to pose, and you don’t need to spend your wedding being conscious of the camera. I’ll step in when a photograph benefits from it, and step back when the moment is better left alone.

After more than a decade documenting weddings, my camera is an extension of how I see. This experience allows me to move seamlessly through your day, looking past the obvious to capture what others miss. With an artist's eye, I lean heavily into atmosphere and the changing quality of light, creating images that feel as much like fine art as they do an honest record of your celebration.

The result is a collection of photographs that feels beautiful without feeling overly produced - photographs with a sense of place, personality and feeling that you’ll still want to look at years from now.

Based in Sydney’s East, I photograph weddings throughout Sydney and also the Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley and beyond.
